How long does my order take to ship?

Orders shipped within Romania arrive within a maximum of 5 days. For international deliveries (currently limited to Europe), shipping times vary depending on the destination country. We always aim to deliver your Mifi piece as quickly and safely as possible.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns after an evaluation process. To initiate a return, please send clear photos of the product via email for inspection, which can take between 1 to 5 days.

The return must be completed within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For personalized orders, the return process is the same; however, please note that the advance payment is non-refundable.
